Is freshdesk widget supported in free plan?

I have opted for free plan in freshdesk and widget stopped working which was working before in trial. Can anyone help me here.

    Hello @vedawellness Welcome to the Freshworks Community! If you’re referring to the Help widget, it is supported in the free plan (one widget). Are you seeing an error while trying to load the Help widget? If yes, can you please share a screenshot or the page where you’ve added the widget?
