I've added an idea in the Community, vote if you agree group Tasks should be visible in Dashboard

Hi,

In Freshservice, I would very much like to be able to show all groups work in a Dashboard, this includes Tasks. Right now I can only create a scorecard for my own tasks, but the group should be able to check incoming tasks from the Dashcoard and then assign them.

What do you think?
