Hi there,

This is something that I can see was requested several times many years ago, but I still think it should be addressed.

As a customer moving from another platform, a feature I miss is having the ability to add an additional (or multiple) requester to a ticket.

The CC feature is nice, however it doesn’t have the same functionality as the Requester feature.

I haven’t seen any reasoning for why this hasn’t been added to the roadmap!

Thanks!

Hey, good day to you! May I know if this requirement is to allow multiple requesters to have shared ownership? Since CC’ing a user only provides visibility to a ticket and not control. However, wouldn’t having multiple requesters make the ticket interactions more complex? As a temporary workaround, I guess you can try using the “share ticket” feature.

Hey!

This feature is quite common in other systems, and it would allow for multiple users in the “Reply To” section of a ticket, rather than just adding a CC.

Sometimes tickets do involve two users, and having the CC seems to break the conversation flow.

Also, sharing a ticket doesn’t seem to the same access as being the requester, as I can only seem to add public notes to the tickets, which can’t be directly replied to.

Thank you for your suggestion though!
