Does anyone have information on how to create an ticket aging report? 

I saw a reference to the Ticket Lifecycle report, but I did not find in in the analytics.  

 

Can you assist?

    Could you please DM us your Freshdesk Account URL to check if this particular report is available for your Freshdesk account or not?
