Based in the UK, performance of the Freshdesk platform seems really poor this morning, anyone else suffering with this?

Server status is showing as ‘green’.

I’ve no problems accessing any other sites

Same here, we´re based in Germany.


Hello @stepmicha and @jmaguire, our developers have confirmed that the issue has been fixed and the status page has been updated as well. Could you check this once at your end and write to support@freshdesk.com if you are still facing latency issues?

We also have a few customers who’ve confirmed that the helpdesk is up and running. Looking forward to hearing from you!
