Hi, I’ve just returned to my portal after the weekend and I noticed my API key is gone. Can you help? I also signed in another email but not showing either.

 

 

Hello @drrcked61, it looks like you have restricted access to your account. Currently you are viewing your Freshworks profile and you’d be able to find you API key in your Freshdesk profile settings. 

 

You can click on the Neo admin centre icon and click on the respective Freshdesk account to login to Freshdesk.

Once you are logged in to Freshdesk, you can click on the contact image on top-right corner → Click on profile settings to view the API key. 

 

We’ll create a ticket on your behalf to have this checked further. Thanks!
