Export date of first answer

Hi,

 

I’m looking for a way to export the date of first answer of tickets (from freshdesk).

In the free version, I don’t see any field for that.

 

Is there a way to do that ?

Greetings from Freshworks community. The option to export the date of the first response on tickets is available starting from the paid plans in Freshdesk. Unfortunately, this feature isn’t accessible on the free version.
