Hi All - Is there any way we can get Realtime status of tickets in Excel without the need of using Export option in FreshDesk?

Welcome to Freshworks Community. 

Ticket Data can only be stored, exported and then viewed inside an Excel Format. Syncing Freshdesk with Excel is currently not possible through an integration. However, you can use Zapier to connect Microsoft Excel + Freshdesk. Using Zapier, When an event happens in one app, it can tell another app to perform (or do) a particular action.
