How to update ticket categories under "What brings you here"?

It seems that the options provided under "what brings you here?" do not include "Suggest an improvement." To add that option Here, you can consider reaching out to the relevant support team or website administrator directly. They may have a separate channel or contact form specifically for gathering feedback and suggestions for improvement.
