I guess, the way it works is, when a parent ticket is closed, it will close out all the child tickets.
correct me if i am wrong.
I want it to work the other way. When the all child tickets are closed/resolved the parent ticket closes/resolves itself.
+6in that case, i would suggest to build an customization to achieve this requirement.
