Would anyone be able to share their choices for close resolutions?

For a example we have the following list:

  • External Department
  • In Person
  • Vendor Support
  • Duplicate Ticket
  • Incorrect Ticket Type 

16 in total trying to narrow down the options.

Hi @mochoa03 I know it’s not the answer you’re looking for but I suggest looking at the types of closure reporting your organization needs and work back from that - it will help to ensure that you’re capturing everything that’s needed versus stakeholder needs for data and information.

This can of course blend in anything you receive from others if appropriate :)
