Due to security requirements, users have started sending digitally signed emails. But in freshdesk we just see “not given” and smime.p7m attachement is visible.

Please support decoding or displaying the content of S/MIME encrypted attachments.

Hi.

I believe this may be submitted as an Idea (Freshworks Ideas | Freshworks Community) or even in the Developers Community (Freshworks Developer Platform).

But more than that.

Your anti-spam / mail engine may be trying to include some comments in the email (external email, caution, etc, etc.). This would break the digital signature, so, you may try to skip this for the account you may use for FreshDesk.
