Hello, I’m having trouble trying to suppress the notification that is sent automatically when a ticket is closed. I’d read in the knowledge base that you can close a ticket without sending the email notification by pressing shift + close inside the ticket details page (here: How to close a ticket without sending an email notification to the customer? : Freshdesk Support) but, I did some testings and the notification is always sent. Does someone have any idea of what can we do to use this feature?

Thank you!

We have been having the same problem.  We have a ticket open and they are supposedly working on having it fixed by March 14.

We are having the same issue, and it seems like this is a new bug. I’m fairly sure that this used to work.

We have the same problem and were told that it might be fixed by the end of March. I thought this was a joke, but apparently they are serious.

I’m not surprised however, Freshdesk is a pretty bad system and I regret us ever moving to this unstable platform.

I’ve made some tests today and it seems to be working as expected again.
