Hello,

I’m struggling with some tickets that are being automatically set as spam, but by all indications not by any Agents that I’m aware of.  Does anyone have any expertise in the area of Spammed tickets?  I understand how to un-Spam them, but how do I find in Freshdesk Contacts or Senders that have been labeled as Spam?

Greetings form Freshdesk support.One possibility could be that the tickets are being marked as spam because they're associated with deleted contacts. When tickets are raised from deleted contacts, they often get flagged as spam automatically. Could you please check if the contacts from which these tickets are raised are deleted contacts? 

 

if this is not the case, Could you unspam the ticket and click on show activities to check if the ticket was marked as spam by an agent or using an automation rule.

There may be a spam worflow setup to automatically flag as SPAM


It sounds like deleted contacts might be causing the tickets to get flagged as spam—definitely worth checking! Also, after un-spamming, try using "Show Activities" to see if an agent or automation rule is marking them.
