With tracker tickets, you can broadcast messages to related tickets that can be viewed by agents but cannot update ticket properties of the linked tickets. To bulk update the fields, you can either use the bulk update feature in the ticket list view or use a third party app .

The bulk update feature only works on dropdown fields. Do you know which third party apps might be appropriate for our use?
