In the personal settings of the email→ Other settings,

There is a “reporting to”.
What does this mean?

Does this mean that reporting recipients can see my all email? 

Hi there,

“Reporting to” refers to the manager of the user. 

All users in Freshsales can be assigned to teams that have managers to whom the users will report to. 

To answer your question, no, the reporting recipients cannot see your emails.
