What are the upcoming items AI Agents to be excited about ?

There are multiple items in private beta currently, which are being planned to be made generally available in the next few months.

  1. Ability to collect user information at AI Agent initiation e.g Name, Email ID, etc. Such information can be used by human agents to follow up better afterwards.
  2. Ability to make API calls from the AI Agents to perform actions like creating a ticket, creating a lead or fetching order status and so on.

While the general availability will follow in the next few weeks, we are open to working with you to enable it in your accounts on an on-demand basis.
