Hi Guys, I'm new to Freshdesk, so forgive me if I ask simple questions :)
So within an Analytics report I cannot add new pages, the Add Page (+) button is disabled. Does anyone know where the options are to enable this?
This report was from a colleague who left. I have already made myself the owner of this analysis report. Please help!

Just double checking: Are you in Edit Mode?
If you are in View Mode, you cannot add pages (or anything).
View mode: + is not available:
Edit mode: + is available and clickable:
Something else that may be happening is that Analytics have a limit of only 10 pages, so, if your report has already 10 pages, you won’t be able to add new pages.
In Edit mode: (with 10 pages) + is available but grayed out:

I understand that you are looking to add more than ten pages to your Analytics report. Currently, ten pages is the upper limit for the number of pages/tabs on an analytics report, and this is standard across all plans.
This has already been raised as a feature request with Engineering. While we don't have an ETA on this feature release, we can keep you posted on this ticket on updates on this front.
