When adding a grid in Analytics it would be great to be able to get a total for each group.

Is this possible, am I missing a simple setting?

Hello @TGabs, I hope you are doing well. We reckon you are trying to get the number of tickets besides the ticket ID for each group in the Timesheet summary report. 

 

For viewing the same, you can click on ‘add metric’  > Add Timesheets (Total) > Choose Summary table view

 

Total timesheets

You’d be able to view the number of timesheets per group and sum of time tracked in this view. I hope this helps. If you have any further queries, please post them here and we’d be glad to help.Thanks!
