Fresh Service Hardware ticket reports

Hiya all,  Is thee anyone that is a whizz at building reports and Dashboards in Fresh Service.

 

I am struggling to build reports and dashboards for Hardware / Laptop 

Category / Subcategory and Your issue relates to.

Also, MTTR and FCR reports for the same.

 

As a manager, where we have a high number of aging Hardware related tickets, In particular Laptop issue tickets, I need to be able to see created date, time with agent, time to resolution and First contact and MTTR visually.  Can anyone help??

Hi.

Currently, Analytics is more targeted to Graphical analysis; that’s why it offers graphs and only a couple of tables.

You could, however, customize the Underlaying data to your needs, and work with that output.

For instance:

 

Hopefully, you will find your required columns and set them to suit your needs.
