I am looking to make agent performance report across Freshdesk, Freshcaller and Freshchat all into one report and visualisation for a given time period.

With Freshdesk Omnichannel plan, you get insights on agent performance across different channels in a single Analyticsreport. Altogether, you can customize and compare metrics from Freshdesk, Freshchat, and Freshcaller. Refer to the article to get detailed insights on the same:
