As a CSM, I handle multiple accounts and I would like to schedule a report on a daily basis for all the unresolved tickets associated with my accounts. Does Freshdesk support this feature?

We can schedule reports using the Analytics feature in Freshdesk. You just have to set report/widget level filters based on your requirements, save the changes and schedule the report to get the required data. Please refer to the article link to get detailed insights on the same:
