I would like to be able to keep track of unresolved tickets that have a lot of time spent, is there a way to sort unresolved tickets by most time logged?  Thanks in advance!

If you use Average Handle Time from Agent Productivity (not the Time Los where you log Billable/non-billable hours) you can use Analytics to show tabular data.
