How do I auto reply to the first Twitter DM, but not to mentions?

We understand you want to send an auto-response only for Twitter DMs. Unfortunately, in Freshdesk, we do not have the provision to identify if it is a tweet or DM, and it can be identified only as Twitter as a whole. However, if twitter configurations are made so that the DMs are routed to specific groups, we can use automation rules to achieve this. - https://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#reply_ticket
