Freshdesk api key admin Access

Hi

I am getting You are not authorized to perform this action. while I am trying to get “api/v2/groups” api. It seems I need permission. How can I set admin permission to the key.

The keys are tied to the user accounts, and the respective roles you’ve provided to these users. To have full access while performing actions, ensure you’re taking the API key of the Administrator (of a Full-Time seat) of the account. To get one’s API key, the user needs to Login > Click on profile picture > View API key towards your right.
