How to load data from a customer already registered in a new ticket using an api

Hi.

I would like to know if it is possible to create integration where I can load the data of a customer already registered in the new ticket section just by inserting a field by connecting an api to another external application

You want to build a integration with Freshdesk (as an App) that will load the details of the same customer inside the app from external API ?
