Whenever the Agent or Admin opened the particular ticket the following error is popping up “You are not authorized to perform this action”, We are using full admin access API Key for Integration. We changed the roles and checked it but same issue occurs.
 

It is more priority for us, so please give us the solution as soon as possible.

Hi @Bharath Raguraja Is this happening to tickets in a specific group or from a specific user? Can you please share more details on how the ticket got created so we can check this further?

Hi @aravind.sundararajan this is not happening for Specific group, this happening for all the agents and admins who are all accessing Freshdesk instance. When we opens the ticket it pops the error message.

We checked with the API’s and Agent Roles but unable to resolve this error. Could you please help us to resolve this issue.
