Unable to post File/Attachment from Salesforce to Freshdesk
I want to push file from salesforce to Freshdesk.
Im getting below error- 400 response {"description":"Validation failed","errors":r{"field":"attachments","message":"It should contain elements of type valid file format only","code":"datatype_mismatch"}]}
