To assist you better, may we kindly request that you send us a DM with a full page screenshot of the Automation rule you have created, as well as a screenshot of the Ticket where this rule did not execute.

you will have to use something to test your rest URL and message to ensure your inbound connection is properly accepting the format or givign you an error message. Try something like postman
