Does the Expiration Reminder for Freshdesk application still work with freshdesk?
I tried to install it, but all the explanatory pages provided in the marketplace no longer exist,
What's more, it says that the app is free, although on their website I see that it is paid

It looks like the Expiration Reminder app for Freshdesk might no longer be actively maintained or supported. If the marketplace pages are missing and there's a discrepancy in pricing information, it’s best to reach out directly to Expiration Reminder’s support team for clarification. Alternatively, you might want to explore other similar apps or native Freshdesk automation features to manage expiration reminders.

I had the same issue—most of the setup links are broken, and the pricing isn’t clear either. It shows “free” on Freshdesk but mentions paid plans on their site.
