Apps and Marketplace Integrations

Dear Freshworks Community, BackgroundI have freshly gotten Freshsales as our main CRM and we have imported a 1000 contacts and 400 accounts into it. The data on these contacts is unfortunately relative scarce but we have for 800 out of the 1000 contacts the LinkedIn profile field filled out.  ProblemNow we would like to use LinkedIn to fill out for example contact fields like email or phone for these 800 contacts with LinkedIn. In addition to that, it would be awesome if we could keep these contacts automatically updated through LinkedIn. Is there any way to do this without programming a plugin or so? Maybe there is a software tool out there enabling us to do that? Additional FeatureThe perfect feature would then be to have a way to automatically create new contacts/accounts in Freshsales through LinkedIn sales navigator. HICan I track the results of filling out forms in Fresmarketer with google analytics 4 ? Most of the other crm still do not have working solutions. 

Hi Team, question. Is there an integration between Freshmarketer and Microsoft Dynamics? I’m wondering if someone were to use Freshmarketer, can they have their contacts sync back and forth to Dynamics CRM?

Hello, We recently chose Freshsales as our CRM and Marketing campaign manager. Being based in Germany, most of our leads are German, and by law we are required to have a double opt-in process set in place.Freshworks has a double opt-in feature but it has some extra steps that are not ideal at all for an incoming lead to go through. Therefore, I have been searching for an integrated external app that would host our website forms, do this double opt-in in a straightforward way and send the data to Freshworks.Has anyone been through this already? I would love to hear your feedback and/or recommendations if you have any.And as a more general topic, I am very surprised of how few tools actually offer a double opt-in workflow, considering it is becoming the norm in the EU.Thank you!Arnaud

Let me give you a bit of background. Currently we are using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software in which we have to record some data that comes form another system. At this moment it's impossible to have access to this CRM database, so all the data recording must be done trough a very badly implemented UI. What we are trying to achieve is to automate all this data recording with a bot that cliks on the buttons and menus of the CMR user interface and writes all the information that comes from this other systems.Do you know how can this be achieved? Or at least where can I start to look at? I'm at a complete lost at the moment.Thanks for the help.

Hi,       We have very complex objects and models that we need to create via custom modules, these modules and their data will need to interact with our existing systems, processes and end points. Is there a way to interact with custom modules via API or REST end points?
