I have set up an email marketing campaign via Freshsales suite. The campaign could be able to send to target list of recipients which I have created. However, once the recipients reply to the sender email, none of their replies are delivered to sender’s email. It clearly indicates that their replies are successfully sent but from my end (sender) I could not be able to receive any of them. How could I be able to solve it? Thanks.
Dear Freshworks Community, BackgroundI have freshly gotten Freshsales as our main CRM and we have imported a 1000 contacts and 400 accounts into it. The data on these contacts is unfortunately relative scarce but we have for 800 out of the 1000 contacts the LinkedIn profile field filled out. ProblemNow we would like to use LinkedIn to fill out for example contact fields like email or phone for these 800 contacts with LinkedIn. In addition to that, it would be awesome if we could keep these contacts automatically updated through LinkedIn. Is there any way to do this without programming a plugin or so? Maybe there is a software tool out there enabling us to do that? Additional FeatureThe perfect feature would then be to have a way to automatically create new contacts/accounts in Freshsales through LinkedIn sales navigator. But I guess that is even harder to achieve then the other problems. Did someone have the same problem and found a solution for that? :) Thanks for your help,RobustDes
This is my use case: on our website (hosted by Cardd.co) there’s a form where visitors can leave their name, company and email address to request white papers. When they submit, an email is sent to an address that I can specify, containing the data the visitor has entered What I want to achieve in Freshsales:Create a Lead from the contents of the mail Auto-reply with a mail that contains a download link for the white paper Collect data on whether the Lead has opened the mail and downloaded the white paper. Reply with a follow-up message, that is different for whether the Lead has (not) opened the mail or (not) downloaded the white paper. Please point me to articles or video’s that describe how this is done thanks!
I’m trying to achieve what I think should be a simple requirement, but getting no-where.I have a report on my website that I want to offer for download, but only if people share their contact details. My plan had been:Have a form on my website - integrated via tracking code Use a journey to subscribe users to relevant mailing lists and send the email with report linkSimple? Not really. I can’t see how to trigger a journey based on a form submission. I was going to pass a hidden field with which report they wanted into the CRM, then trigger the journey based on the that field, Unfortunately fresh forms don’t seem to be able to handle hidden fields. What are other people doing?

Hi All,Working with the Journey Builder I would want to implement a check (condition) that will check every day whether a condition is met (contents of a contactfield). If not met, it should wait for a day and check again….and so on. Until either a certain amount of checks has passed or a number of days after starting the journey.What is the easiest way to set this up?Help is greatly appreciated.
Question: In the maintenance calender we create a maintenance calendar item that is made visible on the statuspage every evening on weekdays.We want to add just One Change number to these repeating maintenance calendar items that will be viewable in the maintenance calendar.It looks like we must make a change for every day because the change when associated to the just made repeating maintenancecalendar items gets the starting date and time and ending date and time of the first day of the repeating maintenance calendar items! Anybody have a solution, or will the change get another start/end date/time when a new day arrives within the schedule.

I want to use the Woocommerce integration with Freshdesk but the free app is updated 4 years ago and it’s full of bugs. There is another app as well but it’s paid. I want to get all the order details of customers within Freshdesk.Does anyone know of an free alternative? It would be great help.
We created a 6 week journey for new contacts. Additionally new segments for every 7 days (see attached). Will these segments update automatically or do we need to manually resave each segment to update the contacts entered into the segment?Does any of this require updating the customer journeys? Hello, We recently chose Freshsales as our CRM and Marketing campaign manager. Being based in Germany, most of our leads are German, and by law we are required to have a double opt-in process set in place.Freshworks has a double opt-in feature but it has some extra steps that are not ideal at all for an incoming lead to go through. Therefore, I have been searching for an integrated external app that would host our website forms, do this double opt-in in a straightforward way and send the data to Freshworks.Has anyone been through this already? I would love to hear your feedback and/or recommendations if you have any.And as a more general topic, I am very surprised of how few tools actually offer a double opt-in workflow, considering it is becoming the norm in the EU.Thank you!Arnaud
We have WhatsApp integration successfully setup: When testing a made campaign (with WA template and all) it works directly from Freshsales Suite CRM (technical setup) when e.g. testing a campaign and entering my own number. ✅However, in order to send/use such a message (“We have done x for you”) I need to create a journey that somehow gets triggered by an “event” from another system.Question: Would it be possible to just click a button, like sending email, SMS, etc, to send to WhatsApp? 🤔Or, how could I easily send a WhatApp message to one contact, using Freshsales suite, without making a contact-field, setup a segment, have that segment trigger a journey that sends the message. Feels like a lot of too much work.
