Hi there,Is it possible to send a blasting message on WhatsApp Business account by Freshchat?

Why is it that in every screenshot of a release note, we can see the contact’s profile picture showing up in the conversation tab, but the Freshchat support team told me that—even if I add a picture to my contact—it will never appear in the conversation tab? So, who’s wrong: the release note screenshots or the customer support team? 🤔  

Recently I tried using the Freshchat’s Flutter SDK on my project. Looking at the documentation; there is this method to load the topics (Conversations) by calling `Freshchat.showConversations();` but this loads a default UI. I want to have my own UI for this along with the conversation when a topic is tapped.I’m thinking of using the API to achieve this but still looking for simpler ways.Using API, I can load the topics/Channels but not sure how to load the messages from agent and requester once the topic(Channel) is tapped.

Several months ago I was told by support that you will eventually be able to use your Contact Center number in Freshchat over SMS. Is there any info on when that will be available? SMS was an important part of my workflow before switching to Omnichannel and I would like to start using it again.

Hey, I’m having a problem with displaying icons as correct content. When I inspect the icons it appears as this in CSS file: .icon-ic_close:before { . content: ""; } Instead of this:.icon-ic_close:before { content: ""; } I’ve read that this might be an @charset “UTF-8” issue, but from our side, the UTF-8 is set.Any ideas would be appreciated  

We followed the guide on connecting a test Apple Business Chat to our Freshchat developer trial account. Multiple times, step by step. We get stuck at the “test connection” portion:Head to the Messages for Business Account page and scroll down to the Messaging Service Provider section.Click on ‘Test your Messaging Service Provider connection.’After that, you’ll be directed to this Chat Sign-in page where you can sign up for preview access to the Chat integration for Apple Messages for Business. Hi, Hope you are well. I have a error in my FC, I have 3 lenguages in my config. When I start any conversation in any lenguage (of my website) the chat show the topic in spanish and other topic in the website lenguage.Example: I start the conversation when my web is in english: That was oppened in a fresh session, and in incognit is the same. When I open the chat in spanish lenguage only sed the first mensaje in spanish. The problem is only in english lenguage.  Thanks for all.

Hi everyone: Good to be here, as the title, I try not to display widget after initializing with the following setting:window.fcWidgetMessengerConfig = {          config: {            headerProperty: {                hideChatButton: true,            },          },  }; It works fine, but later when I try to show the widget with ‘window.fcWidget.show()’, nothing happens,Is it possible to achieve this behavior?Thanks in advance. 

Hi,Our code was working until just this week and now we get 401 errors. We havent made any changes that should cause this so Im curious if it could be the latest Freshchat update or the FDK update. Also curious if anyone knows how to fix it.This is the function I’ve narrowed down is having an issue. It will iterate through once hit the if statement call itself again and then fail on the 2nd .get request.This is the log, I’ve just hid some of the private information.If anyone could help I’d be very grateful.

My support is 100% on WhatsApp, but I saw that it can take “weeks” to add a WhatsApp number into the system.Does anybody knows how long does it can take to add a number from Brazil? Thanks

Hi,We have the ‘direction’ set to ‘ltr’ so the chat widget displays in bottom left. The iframe is set to width 100%. However, the iframe blocks clicks to any content under it which causes issues. How do we resolve this please?

Is there a way to customize FreshChat icons on the website when the chat is online/offline? This gives a clear visual cue to the customers on Chat available or not.
