Regarding your query, sure you can integrate FreshChat with any e-commerce websites irrespective of regions.

If you are having any specific ecommerce in mind, where you would like to install the chat widget in the site, you can copy the chat widget code and deploy in the website.

Incase if you are looking to pass user details from e-commerce to FreshChat, its also possible but requires your technical team to make the effort.

Basically, any user details of the customer or any order details can be be passed at code level, please use this document that list of details can be passed to FreshChat here: https://developers.freshchat.com/web-sdk/v2/#user-properties
