Freshworks illegally shares customer data with partners

A while ago, I signed up for a trial version of Freshsales, but due to bugs and security issues, I ended the trial earlier than planned. Now, I'm receiving emails from Freshsales' partners at my corporate email address.I did not consent to the sharing of my data with third parties!Please delete my account information and stop sharing my data. I have no relationship with your organization or your partners.You are compromising data, which is a violation of both legal standards and basic decency in dealing with clients.

New Customer Story! - University of Pennsylvania

Loved this new customer story on UPenn! - https://www.freshworks.com/customers/stories/university-pennsylvania/ Great insight on how a renowned university is leveraging Freshservice for non traditional IT use cases. They processed 30,000 tickets in the first six months, have 50 service agents live, and support over 30 schools and departments with the platform!  As someone from Philly, it’s always exciting to hear about local customers getting value out of Freshservice 🙌

From Bryn: So long and thanks for all the fish!

Hi all - I just wanted to drop a short note here to say that I’ve accepted an exciting new opportunity with a different company so I won’t be using Fresh Service any longer.It’s been a real pleasure getting to know the class acts that so generously share their time and expertise here.  @alyssia.correa  thank you for running such a great forum!  This forum is what other SAAS forums should aspire to. Thank you for your help over the years!  I was glad to be able to help others in return!@zachary.king @afautley @Daniel Söderlund @eeha0120 - and many others whose handles I’ve forgotten! Here’s wishing you all the best for 2024 and beyond!!Bryn (You can still find me on LinkedIN - I’ll be updating what’s next for me later this month!)
