I’m sorry for selecting the wrong topic, but I can’t see the correct one which should be about “community.freshworks.com”.So a little about my story before to not be completelly offtopic.When I started to use the Freshdesk as an administrator, I was really exited because the visual feel of the freshdesk is really nice. But my excitement begin to fall fast. With every step I want to acomplish I bumped in another problem. So I registerd in the freshdesk support hoping for help. But the hope was lost soon too. So I make another registration to the community. May be the help is possible here. And I have got answer for the question “Why is the community readable only for reqistered members?” soon.But may be with my constant pressure to make freshdesk better, we will see better future soon :)And now to the problem question:Why I often get this message when sending posts to this community/phorum?What is

Hi everyone,We've been loyal users of Freshworks for almost 5 years now, using many of their services across the Fresh suite. Until recently, I've had nothing but positive experiences — but that changed with our latest Freshdesk renewal.Our annual plan for 3 seats renewed recently. A few days after the renewal, we reached out to have the number of seats reduced to 2 since we no longer have 3 service desk staff. To our surprise, the Customer Success Manager informed us that they couldn't assist and cited a 60-day notice period that we were never made aware of.They pointed to a "renewal reminder" email that was sent exactly 60 days before the renewal date. But if that’s the notice window, sending the reminder on the very last day doesn't leave any practical room for response — especially considering their own reply to us took almost 3 weeks.This is especially disappointing given how long we've been a customer, and the fact that we’re now effectively wasting

I would like to know if there a way to have an alert tool and if that tool gives a warning it will automatically create a ticket on that specific warning to alert the personnel in Freshdesk or Freshservice is it possible to do?

Loved this new customer story on UPenn! - https://www.freshworks.com/customers/stories/university-pennsylvania/ Great insight on how a renowned university is leveraging Freshservice for non traditional IT use cases. They processed 30,000 tickets in the first six months, have 50 service agents live, and support over 30 schools and departments with the platform!  As someone from Philly, it’s always exciting to hear about local customers getting value out of Freshservice 🙌
