Apps and Marketplace Integrations

Does anyone know if its normal behavior for the connector to expect that all fields / properties coming from HubSpot should be mapped with those in Freshdesk else it will not allow any mapping i.e. It’s an all or nothing situation. This would also mean I have to create all those other unnecessary fields coming from HubSpot into Freshdesk as well. Is it not possible to select the fields you want to map instead of it dictating that we should map all the fields? I am trying by all means to avoid having to use an API to integrate these systems.

When first configuring the Teams app integration, it let me select a team and channel but never let me configure the channel notifications. I removed the integration, team and channel. I then added the integration back, created a new team and channel and get the same error I was getting before when I couldn’t configure the channel notifications. Attached is the error message I recieve. I’ve been trying to get this working for a couple weeks now with the same errors. I’ve tried it on multiple PCs, different browsers and all from different locations. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Looking to get some advice. I connected Salesforce Connector to our Freshdesk. My goal is our Support reps take their Freshdesk ticket and create a Lead in Salesforce. I go to the ticket, I click on the Salesforce Connector and click on Create Lead. The Lead Form that pops up consists of every (over 100) field that are in our Salesforce. And I would have to scroll through all of them and fill out the needed ones and create the lead. All I really need are a few fields that are required for a Lead to be submitted. When I go to the Salesforce Connector App, I see under Widget Settings, under Lead fields, I just have Full Name, Email, and Company. But still when actually using the app, the Lead Form that comes up is essentially unusable due to how many fields it displays. How can I configure the Lead Form in Freshdesk to only display fields that I need?

Does the Expiration Reminder for Freshdesk application still work with freshdesk?I tried to install it, but all the explanatory pages provided in the marketplace no longer exist,What's more, it says that the app is free, although on their website I see that it is paid

I have been reading about Using Team Huddle. However even though I have the correct subscription I can not see the Conversation link in a ticket. Do I have to enable something in the admin?

When I click on the Marketplace icon and then Marketplace Apps, it just redirects to https://fullproxy.freshdesk.com/a/notfound and it doesn’t matter which browser I use for this, be it Brave, Chrome, Firefox or Edge. I even tried tethering to a mobile phone in case it was a local DNS and that made no difference Any thoughts / ideas?

Is it possible to install multiple Cloud Discovery integration apps?I have AWS Cloud Integration installed and when I go to install the GCP app, it returns the following error { "status": 500, "message": "Error while executing the app server script.", "errorSource": "APP" } Any help would be appreciated. We have been utilizing the slack integration for several years now, during which time our company has moved over to teams as an organization. I would like to utilize the new MS teams integration, unfortunately the developers did not make the integrations equavalent. While I can add a push to slack action to a private slack channel, The MS teams integration only allows pushing a message to MS teams Public channel. As we have channels for supervisors, Level 1, Level 2, …. This basically nulifies the entire integration. Has anyone been able to set up a webhook or come up with a workaround for this overlooked functionality?

WE have an issue were tickets are sent to 2 separate emails that open tickets for say Accidents and Fleets that are directed at 2 different groups but go to the same ticket group. When they come into the ticket system it 2 separate tickets. Is there a way for Freshdesk to see that they are the same and auto merge them?

We've been relying on the Freshdesk integration with Salesforce to streamline our workflow, but it's suddenly stopped working.
