Freshdesk to replace task app - Questions

Hello.  I am not sure this is something that can be accomplished and would break the ticketing system concept.  So I am currently using TickTick task manager to keep track of tasks I need to perform for customers.  It does work well for what I am using it for but I would like to consolidate it with something like Freshdesk and a ticketing system.  So here is the deal.  I have several customers and for each one I manage a list of tasks that I need to perform for them at some point in the future.  There is no SLA or anything like that.  It is simple a task that at some point I need to perform for them.  It could be months into the future but I want to know it is there.  In this case I do not want the customer to get emails about the ticket, etc.  I guess it is more of an internal ticket to me alone BUT for a specific customer and not just a generic todo.  And the nice thing about ticktick is that I can see a list of these tasks via a single pane of glass.So how would Freshdesk handle suc

How to trigger notification from third party app to open the iFrame modal window programmatically.

We are integrating our telephony system (Mitel) using CTI with Freshdesk. For which, we are developing our call widget using an iFrame that will allow users to make calls and receive call. However, we are unsure how a user will get to know if an incoming call is coming up and our call widget is closed or minimized. Is there a way to trigger notification from third party app to open the iFrame modal window programmatically.

Can we integrate a third party calling app as a widget inside Freshdesk which can be a floating widget or fixed. Means, can user move that calling widget all over the screen?

How to integrate Freshdesk with a custom CRM

Hi, I am trying to integrate Freshdesk with our existing tools and I have a dilemma.Today, I use 3CX for our telephony and it is already plugged to our custom CRM (to get the contact information and track the calljournaling).Now, I would like to also plug Freshdesk to :create a trace in Freshdesk for every call (in or out) using 3CX create a link between Freshdesk and our custom CRM to share the contact information and several data related to their companyI found I could easily plug 3CX to Freshdesk to create new tickets / create new contacts but then I don’t get this information into my CRM and I need to create a link so that the CRM can get the data from Freshdesk.Or I can keep my link 3CX/CRM but then I need to be able to create automatically tickets and update my contacts from this CRM.In both cases, I have no idea how to plug the CRM to Freshdesk. I may add that I am using Blossom.

Freshdesk Jira creation

Hello,I am using both Jira & Freshdesk and I am having this issue: When I have a ticket in Freshdesk and I want this ticket to be created in Jira via the Freshdesk page and the ticket is successfully created the ticket's description also involves"Freshdesk Ticket #999" and then the ticket's description.Is there any way that this text is not going to be automatically created every time? I know that I can manually delete but I am creating and inspecting lots of tickets in daily basis and I am trying to find a way to avoid this manual task.

Unable to connect to MS Teams

I’m trying to integrate with MS Teams but I continue to get this message in my profile: User is not yet connected from the Microsoft teams end. Say Hi! to the freshdesk bot from teams. I have said ‘Hi!’ to the fresh desk bot from teams. I tried the ‘re-authorize’ button a few times. I’ve tried removing and adding the fresh desk app from teams. I have tried removing and adding the teams app from fresh desk. No matter what I do, I continue to get that message. Any ideas?

Apps not available

Just signed up with Freshdesk and am wanting to integrate with PagerDuty.  The FAQs say I should go to Admin → Helpdesk Productivity → Apps, but I do not see that in my admin area.  PagerDuty integration is supposed to be available for all plans according to https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/50000002937-integrating-your-freshdesk-account-with-pagerduty .  (We’re signed up for the Sprout plan at the moment). Anyone know what I need to do to get this enabled?
