Sales and Activity Goals

Hi Community… I am setting up my team in FreshSales and have run into an issue, I use Oncehub which automatically creates a meeting so that part is wonderful! The issue is when someone reschedules the meeting disappears that day and moves to the new day. granted that is exactly what I want but how can I track the daily report of what was completed vs what was rescheduled… Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, i’m new user addicted to Freshworks suite...:-D I have a question. I do create a system for track the KPI on my business sales (real estate sector). For example: N° of visit on flat; N° on sales offer send; N° of contract signed; N° of contract cashflow; Do you have a similar experience? What i can use for track this? What type of workflow?
