Freshcaller Spam

Hi all, we are trying to get our reporting set up and are running in to an issue of not being able to tag or set contacts as spam/robocalls. so these count towards missed calls for our agents. anyone have a good filter suggestion or way to eliminate spam contacts from reporting?
