I’m interested in integrating customer support features within my app and would like to use Freshdesk or Freshchat.Can anyone guide me on the best way to integrate Freshdesk/Freshchat into my app for live chat or ticketing? Specifically, how can I ensure a smooth customer service experience within my app using these tools?

I am new to Freshchat development. I am trying to send Whatsapp message templates. This is the url that I am using to send the messages: https://api.freshchat.com/v2/outbound-messages/whatsapp  I get this status in `response.data.status`: Request created successfully. Check delivery status using status API The message doesn’t get sent, so I send a get request to see the message’s status and I see this in the `response.data.failure_reason`: 402: Error with payment method.I already added a payment method on my Whatsapp manager dashboard. Do I have to add a payment method on the Freshchat account too? I am still on the enterprise free trial because I am testing the capabilities of the API. How should I deal with this?

Hello.I encountered a problem when integrating a web widget into my Next.js application.I added the script to the top of the page, but when I try to load it I get an error:fd-messaging.61110ffdb17f21cb83e2.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'success')Which refers to the internal code of the widget. Please tell me what could be the reason for the error?

Hello, I am having issues with the Whatsapp Business Integration. I succesfully integrated a Whatsapp Business number with Freshsales. Messages arrive in the Freshsales Chat section but Freshsales does not provide the second “tick” / checkmark to the sender. Therefore to the sender it looks like the messages was only sent but never delivered. From a customer perspective this is bad. I am trying to find some kind of work-around. I tried having Whatsapp Business on the phone as well so I could just click through the messages there quickly so the sender receives the second tick. However it seems I cannot install the number that is used in Freshsales at the same time on the phone.Any advise on how I could handle this?

Anyone else notice that the contextual discussion function, where you can type in a Task’s comment “@Robert “ to have the comment directed to other folks in your firm, is intentionally broken?  Per support below, you now have to deploy Slack to your organization in order to do this going forward.  The native functionality has been replaced….  Ugh.  My school will not be implementing Slack this decade, so now what? If you are missing this functionality as well, please raise it with support.  8/18/21 Original support ticket statement: The discussion function in a Project's task is down, and has been down for at least a week. My situation is this: I am a developer attempting Freshchat API integration with our web application.I cannot use the default Freshchat widget as the iframe it creates doesn't play well with our url router.Starting the conversation seems like it would be easy enough:  Secret keys are stored on server (not public) Wrap Freshchat API calls on the server side Client asks for a new conversation (make or lookup userId) Client starts new conversation Agent on Freshchat receives the message   The WrinkleMy agent can reply in Freshchat to the message, but how can I send that data back to my client?My Stack will not allow me to send my client an unprompted message—we work on RESTful API calls. I cannot register webhooks because there would not be a feasible way to ensure any data goes to the correct
