We are in the early phases of rolling out Freshchat to our organization. I was curious to how others are using Freshchat in tandem with Freshservice. Specifically around Solution Articles. It appears that the articles have to be in both Freshchat and Freshservice for the Freddy AI Agent to be efficient in both platforms.What do others do?

Hello,I am writing with a little bit more technical question. Is it possible to always open embedded chat on the website? I was not able to find these options in the setting.I would like to add the chatbot on the specific FAQ page, but not as a clickable widget, but into the specific frame where the chatbot would automatically open (instead of FAQ form).Thank you for your time and help.Jan

I am a Spanish speaker I will try my best in English I hope I made myself clear enough. During many years I have been working on a spreadsheet (google sheets) for a company, to be used as the main database and management system, where you can find customer info, you can see all the purchases made by that client, you can get a list of clients that need to be reached, you can find the prices list for the products, product information, you can use it to input the orders, print every order and track it until delivery and payment, and the order itself also feeds stock, create an order to refill stock, It is also used to calculate the payment for the salesmen, create statistics and get sales trends, etc. It includes almost everything the client needs, it's pretty cool. Everything created in google sheets. No macros needed so far. The thing is that now the client needs to make the same system but more friendly to be used for non experienced people (almost none IT knowledge, I mean, at all!).
Hi,I'm wondering if I can set the referrer (meta_referrer) via the querystring for the embedded widget? We're integrating with an AngularJS single page app and the referrer only includes the base url of the page and not the current state route. i.e. https://server/#/some/angular/route always has the referrer of https://server/ meaning we have no idea where the user is in our application when submitting a support ticket.Thanks,Stuart
