I run a website that provides WhatsApp group links for various communities and interests (https://whatsgrouplinkspk.com/). I’m looking for the best way to integrate Freshworks tools to manage customer queries coming from WhatsApp groups.

Has anyone successfully used Freshchat or other Freshworks products to streamline WhatsApp-based customer support? I’d love to hear about automation, chatbot integration, and any best practices to enhance customer engagement.
