Hi Team,Hope you are doing well.Like it shows the icon next to the VIP requester’s, is it possible to add one more icon for other general users? We would like to identify some requesters when we see the icon next to their name on the FS dashboard.Just wondering if there is a way to customize by adding one more checkbox like we have ‘Mark as VIP” (screenshot attached)?We want to add something like “3 insurance claimed”. Hi,Use Case: Service Item called ‘Offboarding Assets’ which contains a field to enter Employee Name. When a user submits this service request with the Employee Name a ticket will be created and display all assets associated to that employee/user. I understand that we need to make a web request to freshservice api to pull all assets associated to the selected user. I need help with building this workflow in Freshservice.Please provide any ideas/suggestions/help.
HI, I want to understand and know which editor is being used under the Freshdesk Knowledge Base editor - meaning which RTE is used - eg.
