Filtering tickets using custome fields

I would like to raise a query regarding the filtering of tickets based on custom fields. I have observed that when attempting to filter tickets based on custom fields without options, such as 'cf_external_id,' I receive an empty response. Unlike custom fields with predefined options, filtering based on custom fields without options does not yield the expected results for a custom field with predefined options, the response is successful but empty unlike a custom field with predefined options . Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Selection of different notification sounds

I work in parallel in 2 different projects and virtual systems with the ticket system and have the problem of not being able to distinguish acoustically where a ticket has just been set - because the sound is identical in each of the environments - and also cannot be changed or customized. Are there plans to expand the settings to offer a selection of notification sounds so that a difference can be made in parallel systems?Thanks in advance for any feedback

Hello Team,I would like to implement a process within my organization. Currently we are using Fresh Service as a ticketing tool. We would like to create a Templates for certain repetitive tasks within Fresh Service. Once the ticket is created by using the Template , we would like to invoke the Power Automate to get all the details and do the automation for us. My query is , is there a way to query the ticket details by using Power Automate or from Azure run book ?Thanks,Krishna
