We have integrated our Freshservice environment to a partner’s Service Now environment, which is working very well - with one exception. The formatting of the Service Now text is getting removed during the integration. Here’s an example message that’s coming from Service Now. The \r\n line breaks are showing this across multiple lines in Service Now."Your issue (INC-1XXXX) has been deemed solved. Using Microsoft Intune for Fresh Service Agent Deployment

I saw different support articles about how to deploy the FreshService Agent, but I had not seen one around using Microsoft’s Intune. We are currently using Intune for software distribution and I figured it would be helpful to share how we deploy the agent with Intune. Let me know if this post is helpful and works for you.Assumptions: You have the fresh service agent msi file downloaded on your PC. You have the Intune app builder “IntuneWinAppUtil.exe”. Web Hook PowerAutomate - 401 Fresh Service Error

Hi,I'm working on creating a webhook in Power Automate to retrieve ticket details from FreshService when a specific action is performed.I've generated the endpoint in Power Automate, and for testing purposes, I've set the permissions to "Anyone." After copying the endpoint URL into the required FreshService automation and running a test, I encountered a 401 error from FreshService. I'm unsure why this error is occurring, given that I've set the permissions to "Anyone" in Power Automate. Can anyone provide guidance on how to properly set this up?

When will a current vCenter version be supported by Freshservice Cloud Discovery - VMware Vcenter?

Currently only version 6.5 & 6.7 are supported by the Freshservice Cloud Discovery- VMware Vcenter.They are from 7 years ago (15 Nov 2016) !!We are on vCenter version 8.0 Update 2a and the Cloud Discovery Module cannot connect to the server due to an error. I opened a ticket [#15001898] with FreshService and they told me that is because only the old vCenter is supported.The engineering team has provided an update on this.We have extended our support till 7.0.3 version. However, the compatibility on vSphere Client version 8.0.2 has not yet been tested and confirmed on our end yet.When will you update?

Question about synchronizing the ownership of assets from Intune

Hi Freshworks community,We are synchronizing assets with the Intune app from Intune into Freshservice. This process works well for the most part. However, we have noticed that the ownership of mobile assets is not displayed in Freshservice.When syncing from Intune, the app can filter by ownership, but we would like to transfer all mobile devices from Intune regardless of ownership and instead give our agents in Freshservice the ability to see at a glance whether a device is personal or business. This does not seem to be planned.The corresponding data is provided by Intune via the API type managedDeviceOwnerType and is also available for mapping in the Freshservice Intune app. According to Microsoft's API documentation, the values 0, 1 and 2 are used to differentiate the owner type.Now the question arises for me as to what options we have to make this information available to the agents in a readable form. Would it be possible, for example, to insert a drop-down field in the asset field
