Power Bi (Growth plan) schedule alternative?

Hi everyone, want to ask if someone can help me with this. We have FreshService Growth plan. However, this version doesn’t include the option to schedule reports and get an API link for that report.As I am using Power Bi to produce a dashboard that is reviewed weekly, I have to export the report manually, make some changes and at some times, recreate my reports.I connected Power BI directly to FreshService, but I still need to create relationships and queries, which I have not started yet.Having that API link for the report will make it a lot easier as I can just refresh my workplace and get more updated information without so many steps. Any ideas or suggestions?thanks in advance!

Error 403 when calling the project tasks endpoint

I am successfully retrieving projects using the project API endpoint. When I attempt to retrieve each project’s tasks using the project task endpoint, I get a 403 error which indicates insufficient permissions.The URI I am using is /api/v2/projects/projectid/tasks.Any help is appreciated.

Software Inventory - Notifications on Restricted software

Hello, I’m checking our Software Inventory right now/. I was able to identify some restricted software. I'm just curious if how the notification worked? or is there any notification or process where i can see if there will be installation of restricted apps moving forward?

FreshService intergration with Sentinel

Hi there,I have a client who would like to ingest audit data from FreshService / FreshDesk into Sentinel.I can see that there is a Azure Logic App but it does not seem to have that ability to export the audit data. Can someone point me in the right direction.Thanks.

Active directory Attributes are not syncing properly

We have installed the probe and configured the user Sync from on-prem AD, all were fine till last month.However, when the employee’s manager details changed in AD is not getting updated in Freshservice though sync is happening (email address changes are visible). Also noticed that sometimes users get deactivated.This is impacting the Service Request approvals workflow.any idea, how can we address this? In the past similar issue happened and we did remove the Probe and configured everything from scratch, perhaps, it caused user login and other sort of issues.

Unable to update Custom App to Production

Hi,I am unable to update the latest version of custom app to production environment.No proper error is being displayed when I try to save the settings upon update. This same version has been deployed and tested successfully in sandbox.Attached screenshot for reference.

Unable to use dynamic secure params in custom apps

Hi, I am encountering an issue after packing my app.Actually, i have a secure iparam with a dynamic name - named api_agentId (eg: api_12345678) "headers": { "Authorization": "<%= iparam['api_' + context.agentId] %>" }  When I attempt to use the above code snippet in requests.json, I encounter authorization issues because its becomes uindefined.However, when I use a static name like ‘apikey’ as an example, I can successfully authorize access.This issue only arises after I pack the app, there are no issues when I use ‘fdk run’.Could you please provide assistance with this?

Okta SCIM integration (Effy)

Greetings all, I have been working with the Okta SCIM integration built by Effy for some time now.  I see that Location has been added as a mappable attribute as of today.  The trouble is that historically, Effy does not update their documentation to reflect any release changes.  Does anyone have a good list of all mappable attributes and their property requirements? Can not add “dev=true” to the url

Hi, I've created an app using your CLI.I copy the first app template.I start the app via CLI and all works correctly, the only problem is when I try to test it, if I open a ticket with the "?dev=true" attribute I don't see the app.I see that in the past some user open a thread in your forum, but I don't fund the solution https://community.freshworks.dev/t/can-not-add-dev-true-to-the-url/8086

Jira Orchestration - Automating closure of Jira issue from Freshservice workflow

Dell Warranty App Integration

Greetings!We are currently attempting to use the Dell Warranty app from the Marketplace and have not had any success. We have waited more than the 24-36 hours for initial sync and all of our Product Manufacturer fields contain the ‘Dell, Inc.’ text.Is there anyone that had problems at first and was able to get this working? Alternatively, are there any other known solutions that do not involve this app? We’d really like to get the warranty information from the Dell devices pulled into FS.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Is there a way to make an third party API request from the custom install page (The host to the third party API is entered as an input to the iparam)Here is my use case,The host of an third party service is given as an input to the iparam. Legacy Slack App for Fresh no longer allowing use of /fresh-ticket

Hi friends!We currently have the legacy Slack app for Fresh installed but over the past few months we have noticed the functionality that allowed agents to create tickets right from direct Slack conversations with users via the /fresh-ticket command have returned this error /freshservice-ticket failed with the error "dispatch_unknown_error" Completely understand that it is a legacy product, but we have not found an elegant way in which to perform the same task with the new Slack integration. The new app workflow involves multiple clicks and can only capture more than one line of a message if it is threaded, which is a little cumbersome and gives less info. Anyone else seeing this or have a workaround for this?

Using custom installation page with invoking templates

Hey all. We have a custom installation page in which we first retreive the ticket fields for some settings. Dell Warranty marketplace app

Good morning!We have added the Dell Warranty app to FS but cannot get the information to populate.In the Manufacturer section of the Product Overview page, Dell, Inc. is the populated information.We have also waited more than 36 hours for the information to sync. Did anyone have to do anything special to get this app to work in their environment? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Hi, Any tips on how to add a guest user to a Azure AD security group using the Azure AD - Orch app in  a workflow? The requester email is not sufficient as microsoft adds the #EXT#@<domain>onmicrosoft.com  to guest accounts

JIRA Orch app

Hi, Anyone here using the JIRA Orch app to add comments to a issue ? I just get error saying something is wrong and I should look API documentation. I don’t get what I should look for. My first idea is that the app is out of date, JIRA has changed the API. But I like to check  here first.

I see that we can connect to PowerBI using the ticket analytics.  But I don’t see the same functionality for Project Analytics.  Does anyone know how to connect project data to PowerBI?Thanks!
