Ive turned on transcript feature in Fresh Contact Centre and when a user leaves a voicemail, a ticket is created in FreshService 

The ticket looks like this 

 

What i want to do is include the transcript of the voicemail in the ticket. 

I have approached FreshService Support and this was their response: 

you can translate the transcription using some third-party translation service and add that has a note in the ticket that got created in the freshservice.
