The badges on your profiles and the rank next to your name are our way of giving back for all that you do in engaging with your fellow community members. As your trusty tour guide, I thought it only fair for me to share a glimpse into how you can earn more accolades. RanksGood news: As soon as you make it into the Refresh Community kudumba or family, you are assigned a rank, just for starting out -  ‘Community Debut’. Often forgotten by many, we believe it is the best place to create a solid first impression. Please go to your profile (top right) and click on settings.  Add a profile picture of your liking. Fill in the information for the remaining fields. Update your forum signature with all the relevant details. To ensure accurate identification and personalized assistance, please log in using your Business Email. And, voilà… your profile is ready!​​ Pro tip: Don’t forget to add an avatar! It does not necessarily have to be a picture of yourself, just make sure it is appropriate. Hey folks,We are excited to be building this community with you! To continue creating a space that provides quick and easy support, I wanted to share a few tips that can help you and our members make the most out of the Refresh community when creating a discussion. Go ahead and tap the ‘Ask the community’ button on the top right corner of the homepage when you’re ready. Choose the type of article you wish to create - question, conversation or idea. Make sure to add a clear and concise title that is easily searchable. In the description box, mention the problem or question in detail to give the reader a full breakdown of what you might be facing.  Please ensure your topic is nested under the right sub forum. Here’s the blueprint / structure of how the topics are organized under the CX and Customer Support BU.   Don’t forget to add tags to your post - this helps in categorizing the content so our members have easy access when faced with a similar situation. Pro tip: Mark the best answer
