This is a space where Freshworks users come together to uncomplicate their workday.

They are here to learn from each other, solve real problems, and share what’s worked (and what hasn’t). Whether you’re asking your first question or helping someone else with theirs, you belong here.

A good community works best when everyone feels respected and heard. So before you jump in, here are a few simple expectations to keep us all on the same page.
 

Be respectful. Always.

Different opinions are welcome. Disrespect isn’t. Please keep conversations professional and kind, even when you disagree. Personal attacks, offensive language, or discriminatory comments don’t have a place here.

 

Keep it useful.

Let’s keep discussions focused on Freshworks products, services, and practical industry insights. Promotional posts, advertisements, job listings, or spam take away from the experience and aren’t allowed. In such encounters, the user will be banned and reported.

 

Help keep the space healthy.
