You’d like to find help, but also want to make sure you ask the right way -- that’s amazing, you’ve come to the right place!

While we’re happy to answer your questions, please ensure you abide by the Community’s Terms & Conditions.

Read on, to know how you can find help here:

  • Search using key -words and -phrases

    • Use our search engine to scour through the many conversations, discussions, questions and articles that already exist in the community to help you

    • There’s a high probability that what you need to know, may have already been asked and has an answer for it.

    • At times typing out the actual problem statement or question, will help to trigger the searches to bring up the last of the articles/discussions that may be of help.

  • Take the leap and ask the question

    • We often find ourselves shying away from raising our hands and running a question through the room just because, what if it’s a basic question?

    • Please do not hesitate to ask your questions. Click on the Ask the Community button, choose from either a Question or Conversation and start writing away.

  • Be clear as possible, visuals are everything!

    • Use the title and description to your advantage; providing as much detail as you can helps you to get your answers quicker!

    • A screenshot or snippet can speak volumes, and help members identify problems quicker than you think. Start adding them where and whenever possible.

  • Choose the right forum, and tags.

    • We’ve tried to provide the necessary spaces for discussions around product, interests, our academy, and off-topic conversations. Take a moment to go through the list when creating, so the right set of members and experts are notified of your question.

    • For times when you think your topic is quite unique and far from the existing categories, use the Can’t Find a Space? space (see what we did there? :nerd:) to ask.

    • Use tags to add additional context such as module (automation/analytics/..etc.)

  • Do not digress. Do not spam.

    • We understand some of you feel the need to promote links and services, this is not that place. Our moderators will not take this action lightly and can lead to a ban on the Community.
